Terms of Sales
These conditions govern the sales, by Gérard Isirdi, of original works of art or reproduced in the form of posters, serigraphs, lithographs and books. These conditions only apply to sales made on Isirdi.com.
Article 1 – Price
1.1 – The prices of our products are indicated in euros all taxes included, excluding participation in shipping costs.
1.2 – Isirdi.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices indicated at the time of the order.

Article 3 – Validation
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
Article 4 – Availability
Our offers of articles and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limit of available stocks.
Article 5 – Personalization
The dedication is optional. It is offered free of charge and is not contractual. The artist reserves himself the right to modify it or not to make it without justification and without the sales contract being canceled. The dedication is added manually by the artist on the front of the chosen reproduction (posters, serigraphs, digigraphs) generally at the bottom of the work, unless requested by the customer when placing the order.
Article 6 – Delivery
Isirdi.com ensures worldwide delivery. Your order is delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during your order. The times indicated are the average times usually noted. Customs duties and any taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and are your responsibility.
In case of payment by wire transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt of the amount. Consequently, the deadlines applicable in this case are those on the day of receipt of the amount and can therefore be modified from those mentioned on the day of placing the order.
In the event of a request for a personalized dedication on the items ordered, the delivery time may be slightly extended, but we generally do our best to be as responsive and quick as possible.
Beyond 150 € of order Isirdi.com offers Colissimo international shipping costs.
Damage: You are requested to check the condition of your package before taking delivery. In case of damage (damaged or folded package) we advise you to refuse the package. “The goods travel at the risk of the customer to whom it is up to check their good condition at the time of their delivery”. Consequently, no claim will be taken into account in the event of acceptance of a damaged package.

Article 8 – Security
Isirdi.com is equipped with a fully secure online payment system.
Article 9 – Reflection period
You have a period of 15 days from receipt to return the item that would not suit you. Shipping and return costs will be at your expense. We are committed to exchanging or refunding items returned in their shipping packaging and in perfect condition. Personalized items (signed) will not be returned or exchanged.
Article 10 – Intellectual property and copyright isirdi.com
All of the content on the Isirdi.com site (images, photos and texts) is protected by copyright and intellectual property. Any total or partial reproduction would be considered as counterfeiting and sanctioned as such.
Article 11 – Applicable law – Disputes
These general conditions of sale are governed by French law.
